MediaSlide now allows you to create support tickets directly from the platform, making it easier to report issues and request assistance.
When opening a ticket, you can record your screen to demonstrate the issue you are experiencing. MediaSlide automatically attaches the recording and generates a summary to help our support team understand your request more efficiently.
Support tickets can be used to report issues, submit questions, or request new features.
