Automatic Birthday Emails in Mediaslide: Setup and Customization

Enabling Birthday Emails:

• Access Settings: Open the settings menu in Mediaslide.

• Open Birthdays: Go to the Birthdays section.

• Enable Feature: Select “Yes” to activate automated birthday emails.

Once enabled, you’ll be prompted to choose when the emails should be sent, so they arrive at the most appropriate time.

Timing Customization:

• Select Send Time: Define the exact time birthday emails are sent.

Variable Customization:

• Use Dynamic Fields: Personalize messages with model-specific information using variables.

This feature helps you maintain a more personal connection with your models by automatically sending thoughtful birthday messages at the right time.
