Model Account Write-Offs

MediaSlide now includes a feature that allows you to write off negative model accounts due to bad debt.

Within Model Account Reports, you can view all negative accounts, select the model accounts you would like to write off, and click “Write-Off Accounts” under the options menu.

You can then specify the account type, office, description, and internal note before confirming the adjustment.

Once completed, the written-off accounts will appear under positive accounts with the adjustment recorded as a bad debt write-off.
