How to Create a New Album for a Talent

To create a new portfolio (album) for a talent in MediaSlide:

1. Open the Talent Profile.

2. Go to Media.

1. Create a new album/portfolio.

2. Complete the album information:

   • Album Name (e.g., Fitness Portfolio 2026)

   • Caption (optional)

   • Office (if you have multiple offices)

   • Date

You can enable the following options:

• Set as Default Book

  • Makes this the default portfolio for the talent.

• Always Include in Packages

  • The album will automatically be included whenever you create a package for this talent.

• Show on Website

  • If your website is connected to MediaSlide, the album will automatically appear on the talent's profile on your website.

• Show on Mobile

  • If the talent has access to the MediaSlide Talent App, they will be able to view this album from the app.

Click Save.

After saving, you can add images by:

• Uploading pictures from your computer.

• Selecting existing images from the Talent Gallery.

• Dragging and dropping pictures into the new album.

Once you've selected the desired images, click Confirm.

The pictures will be imported, and your new portfolio will be ready to use.
