E-document
If you wish to use the E-document feature, we provide access to your Eurosign account when you opt in.
You have the option to send a "Model Statement," "Model Payment," and "Mother Agency Statement."
Send an e-document, here's the process:
1. Navigate to the Accounting module ➞ "Expenses" ➞ “All accounts”.
2. Choose the document you want by accessing "Research". You have access to all model statements ➞ Click on "Options" ➞ "Open Statement" ➞ "Send Statement."
3. Before sending your email, you can modify, add recipients, and include your message, then click "Send."
Your recipient can view and download the document via their email address.
If necessary, all your documents can be found on your Eurosign account.
This feature can be activated upon request so if you would like to start using it please let me know and I will take care of it.
