E-Signature

If you wish to use the E-signature feature, we provide access to your Eurosign account when you opt in.

This option allows you to electronically sign your invoices, contracts, and documents directly through your Mediaslide account.

Here's the process:
1. Go to Models ➞ Create a job ➞ Select model ➞ Billing section ➞ Agreements ➞ you will see all the contracts.

2. Choose the document you want to sign electronically.

3. Click the chosen document via Option ➞ Eurosign ➞ Send by email.

4. By default, the recipient is already specified, but you can modify it if needed. You can also add a message if necessary.

5. Once everything is ready, you can click on "Send."

6. The recipient will receive an email from Eurosign informing them that a document is waiting for signature.

7. Once it's signed by all parties, you'll receive a notification of acceptance or refusal of the signature.

8. When each recipient has signed, all parties will receive a PDF of the electronically signed document via email.

9. If needed, you can find the completed document in the Option ➞ Eurosign ➞ “Download signed document.”

Don’t forget, the recipient doesn't need a Eurosign account.
